Vintage Barkcloth Fabric Samples Featuring Matching Amaryllis, Orchid and Fern Detail Set of Two.

Rare vintage Barkcloth fabric samples, featuring same pattern in two color options.

Size: Each panel is approximately 25.5 inches long by 23 inches wide.

Print Style: The pattern runs vertically, and is printed on top side only.

Finishing: The sample are machine serged on three sides, with a finished fabric factory edge on one long side. Both samples are stamped in black ink on back side the model number and company name and "Vat Dyes".

Colors: Sample one: Burgundy/Merlot background with yellow, olive, gray, light and dark green, light and dark rose. Accents in bright white. Sample Two: Slate gray/blue background with light and dark rose, light and dark green, yellow, light and dark gray. Accents in black and white.

Condition: Sample One: Excellent with one fabric "bump" (very tiny slub that can be pushed in with needle).
Sample Two: Very Good with two small rust colored spot stains.

These will be sold together as a set, and will ship in a bubble mailer enclosed in new plastic bag with Silica Gel desiccant.

Care: Handwash or delicate machine wash in cold water, line dry inside. These panels have been carefully washed inside a garment wear with unscented eco-friendly detergent and line dried in air conditioning.

Vintage American Barkcloth fabric was printed in the 1940s to 1960s. Barkcloth fabric is heavy cotton with a nubby surface texture.

Design Ideas: Make these into a large accent pillow with two sides, or sew separately for two smaller pillows.
